Terms of use

The short version

• DealDigger is free. It finds listings and estimates values; it doesn't sell anything.
• Prices and values are estimates. Always check the listing and photos yourself before buying.
• Anything you buy is between you and the seller, on eBay or the shop's own site.
• Be decent: no offensive usernames, no abusing the site.

1. Using DealDigger

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. You need to be 13 or older to create an account. Keep your password private. You're responsible for anything done with your account.

2. Prices, values and deals

Market values come from public price guides and are converted to pounds. Pull rates are estimates. "Deal" labels, profit figures and alerts are worked out automatically and can be wrong: data can be out of date, a listing can be mislabelled, a card can be a fake or in worse condition than described. Nothing on DealDigger is financial or investment advice.

3. Buying from other sites

DealDigger doesn't sell cards, take payments or handle disputes. When you follow a link to eBay or a shop, you deal with that seller under that site's terms. Contact the seller or the site (for example eBay's Money Back Guarantee) if something goes wrong. Some links are affiliate links. If you buy, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

4. Your content and behaviour

Usernames must not be offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonate someone else. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the site's security or limits, or use it for anything illegal. We may reset usernames or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your collection data is yours. Download it as a spreadsheet or delete it whenever you like (see the privacy policy).

5. Trademarks

DealDigger is an independent fan site. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, Game Freak, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Konami, Bandai or eBay. Card names, images and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the cards.

6. Availability and liability

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it running and accurate but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its prices, including purchases you make elsewhere. Nothing here limits your rights under UK consumer law.

7. Changes and contact
